Building walls to breaking bread

 

Tom grew up in a family where baking was a daily event. In 2017, After making it through the rigorous selection process, he joined eleven other lucky bakers in The Great British Bake Off tent. This experience forced Tom to push out of his comfort zones of family favourites and experiment with new flavours and techniques. 

It also gave him the confidence to pursue something he has been passionate about for a long time. Whilst still a practicing architect, Tom spends most of his time developing recipes, baking, cooking and pushing his boundaries both in and out of the kitchen. He now regularly creates wedding and celebration cakes along with a raft of signature bakes to order. 

As well as enjoying baking, Tom is a keen sportsman. He is a passionate rugby player,  and can also regularly be found horse riding and skiing.
